Silent Meditations

Lived experience attending silent retreats to explore the subtle energetic language

10 years of experience practicing presence in darkness, attending satsangs to develop embodied presence through feelings and sensations

Approaching life as an interconnected wholeness, rather than many separate strands of identification existing without meaning or purpose

We will meet for 90 minutes each week for 6 weeks.. You will also have 1:1 time with me to deepen your individual exploration of your feelings and emotions, and learn how to stay present without needing to fix or change anything.
